이언정은 실크스크린, 목판화, 지판화, 페인팅, 페이퍼 커팅 등 다양한 매체를 이용해 작업한다. 작가는 그동안 체험했던 현대 도시의 이미지와 기억들을 재구성해 상상의 <City>를 그려낸다. 작가의 애정이 깃든 <City>는 따뜻하고 포근한 색채와 빛으로 둘러싸인 다양한 건물들과 일상의 이미지들로 이루어져 아름답고 경쾌하다.

 Unjung Lee works with a variety of media, including silkscreen, woodcut, collagraphy, painting, and paper cutting. The artist built her own fanciful <City> which is reconstructed by her experiences and image from modern cities. Her affectionated <city>, full of various buildings surrounded by cozy color and light, is beautiful and cheerful.​
